Washing instructions
Wash inside out at 40°C. Delicate fabrics inside out at 30°C. Wash dark colors separately. Do not use fabric conditioner, no bleach, no iron, no tumble-dry, no dry clean.

We recommend that you wash your Run & Relax garment in a washing bag, preferably one that also collects microfiber. This prevents microplastic from being released into the sea. A washing bag will also help your gear to last longer as it protects fibers from other textiles to stick to your garment - especially annoying on black textiles. Fewer fibers break and the fibers that do break during washing are captured inside the bag and can easily be removed.
